Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to your details when you ask to hear when The Locum Doctor launches.
What we keep
Your email address, whether you're a GP practice or a GP locum, and the date you signed up.
What we use it for
Only to email you about The Locum Doctor, starting with when it launches. We don't sell your details, share them with anyone else, or use them for advertising.
Why we're allowed to
You've given us your consent. You can withdraw it at any time and we'll delete your details.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or 12 months after the site launches, whichever is sooner.
Where it's stored
With Cloudflare, in data centres in the European Union. Emails are sent for us by Resend. Both only handle your details on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
